Villa Arezzo and Villa Siena are approx. 225-250 feet from the beach, Villa Pienza and Villa Volterra are approx. 100-120 feet from the beach and Villa Prato is approx. 180 feet from the beach.

Furniture Packages

There will be three furniture packages to choose from which will range at approx. $25.00 per sq. ft. The furniture choices will be a Modern European, Traditional Tuscany (rustic) and Tommy Bahama Style (not the brand).
