The Watermark will offer 52 beachfront units comprised of studios, one, two and three bedroom units. All will be designed to the highest standards and a furniture package designed by a leading Interior designer will be offered. Each unit will have unobstructed ocean views and will be finished with the top-quality materials representative of a property of this calibre. The Watermark will have the full range of luxurious amenities you would expect, from a gourmet restaurant to a spa and health club. The property will be managed by an experienced, professional Resort Operator ensuring your investment is well taken care of.

The suites at The Watermark have also been designed with rental income in mind so that when you are not relaxing under the sun, your vacation home can earn revenue. Each bedroom can be locked-out and rented separately providing owners with maximum revenue opportunities.

The Owner has use of the unit 4 weeks off-peak season and 4 weeks peak season, 8 weeks total. The maintenance of the development will be $11 per square foot.
